Let’s take the installation of a certain record paper as an example to explain:

Prepare medical records:
Before installing the medical record paper, first flip the left and right sides of the new medical record paper with your fingers to avoid paper jams caused by the recorder during recording.

To prepare the recording bin:
a. Open the front door of the recorder, and press the medical record paper slot pressure plates on the left and right sides of the recording paper slot inside the main body of the recorder to the middle direction with your fingers at the same time, and then pull it out to the front of the instrument.
b. Pull the left and right balance bars of the medical record paper pressure plate by hand to open the medical record paper pressure plate.

To load recording paper:
a. Place the medical record paper horizontally and upright in the medical record paper storage and supply room, and pull out the paper and place it on the roller
Remember to place the medical record paper with the graduated side facing up, and the side with the round hole should be placed on the left side of the medical record paper slot, and the side with the oval hole should be placed on the right side of the paper slot.
b. Pass the medical recording paper through the gap between the recording paper pressure plate and the roller, remember that the left and right sides of the medical recording paper must be aligned in parallel, and place it on the buckle gear, switch the recording paper pressure plate until it is buckled until.
c. Push the guide rod of the recording paper trough along the guide groove of the main body of the recorder to the inside of the instrument until you hear the sound of the recording paper trough pressure plate being stuck in place.

Power on and feed paper:
Turn on the power of the recorder and press the FEED (paper feed) button on the operation panel of the recorder to feed the recording paper forward for a short period of time, so that the recording paper hole and the buckle gear are locked.
