The QRS complex represents the Purkinje fibers that conduct excitation from the atrioventricular node and can be used as a sign of ventricular contraction.
3. T wave: T wave is located after the S-T segment and represents the diastole of the ventricle. It is a relatively low wave with a long duration, which is produced by the repolarization of the ventricle. Early T waves of myocardial infarction appear as abnormally high peaks.
4. U wave: It is a very small waveform that appears after the T wave, and is generally considered to be the "post-stimulation potential" of myocardial excitation.

Roll-type ECG paper are relatively simple to operate, just like loading paper rolls, take off the old one, replace it with a new roll, and install it after the orientation is correct.
